Each applicant must be 16 years old or above.
|
| 2) |
A contact phone number will be provided. All Participants must let the Chief Marshal know if you retire from the event! This is a critical safety check.

| 3) |
The Ivanhoe Way is a Public Right of Way. All participants must follow the Countryside Code and stick to designated footpaths. Please do NOT deviate from the route.

| 4) |
The Ivanhoe Way Challenge is a very strenuous walk, it is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to participate in the event. If you are in doubt about this please consult your doctor.

| 5) |
The required equipment as shown on the "Kit List" must be carried by all participants. |
| 6) |
All participants must carry the Explorer 245 Ordnance Survey Map and know how to read it.

| 7) |
Participants should carry enough food and water for the duration of the event.
|
| 8) |
We reserve the right to retire any participants from the walk at any time.
|
| 9) |
Dogs are NOT permitted.
|
| 10) |
Ivanhoe Way Challenge, its members, Wishes4Kids and agents cannot be held responsible if, due to events beyond our control, the event has to be cancelled.

The Ivanhoe Way Challenge committee reserve the right to cancel the event at any time.
|

Where as Ivanhoe Way Challenge has taken all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information supplied is accurate, we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions.

No fires are to be lit.

| 14) |
All fees paid are non -refundable.

The Ivanhoe Way Challenge team have taken all reasonable efforts to ensure the safety of participants. Nevertheless participants are responsible for their own safety and enter the Ivanhoe Way Challenge at their OWN risk.

Once the event is fully subscribed, notice will be given on the website and any application forms received will be returned to the sender.
|
| 17) |
Whilst single applications will be accepted, participants are expected to walk in groups of no less than 2.
|
| 18) |
We reserve the right to change and update our terms and conditions at any time without notice.
|
| 19) |
By participating in the Ivanhoe Way Challenge you are accepting our terms and conditions. |
